  • Each map is carefully designed and made to order in the UK. Because every piece is personalised just for you, please allow up to two weeks for production and delivery. Once your map is ready, it will be securely packaged and shipped via Parcelforce, with delivery typically taking 2 working days.

    We take great care to ensure your map arrives in perfect condition and ready to display. Delivery is £5.99 anywhere in the UK.

  • Because each map is handcrafted and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been customised.

    If your map arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to provide a replacement or resolve the issue. All maps are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, but if there is a problem, please do get in touch.
